Still Alive
It's been a while since my last post. With all the school work I've been getting I feel that working on a personal piece once in a while is a good stress reliever.
Up first...a personal piece. Tried my hand at a character portrait.
This next piece I actually finished over a month ago for my Digital Imaging 2 class.
I have some work-in-progress images I'm working on for finals so they'll be up in the next couple of weeks. Enjoy!

Spring Break Update!
It's about time I update again (finally!). The first image is a personal concept of a possessed warrior that I just finished. I started it well over a month ago but couldn't find the time to finish it until this past weekend XD
This next one is an assignment from my perspective class focusing on atmospheric perspective.
Here's take two...after it was critiqued in class. My teacher suggested adding more foreground elements and changing that beam of light in the back to something cooler. It was great input and I like how it turned out.
This illustration depicts a wandering arctic warrior and his companion wolf on a journey to the source of whatever it is causing that beam of light in the background. I call this Journey to the Source.
Here's an older assignment from my perspective class focusing on 1 point perspective. There's a lot I wanted to polish in this one but didn't have the time to get to it. It's cool though...I like how it turned out XD
That's all for now. Hope you like :)

Back in School!
Back in school again! I'm glad to be taking classes like Anatomy and Perspective. Of course, there's Figure Drawing too. I don't have any work to show from my classes yet, but I've got a personal concept and another concept I did for a commission. Hopefully I'll have some new stuff from classes soon.

POWER!!!
Here's the final of what I was working on in my last post. WIP included. Hope you like :)
I guess I should also mention that I've got an actually portfolio page up now. Yes, I joined Deviant Art JUST for this feature XD It's free too so that's a win right there. Check it out!

Work in Progress
Thought I'd update with a WIP I'm working on right now. Been getting a lot of good feedback from the ConceptArt forums and realized that I need to work on placing my characters in environments. I also need to add more hues in my work. In this picture I'm trying to tackle both of those problems (still have to get into color though).
